Our holiday home is in a great location, just 60 metres from the beautiful beach of Cala Pi (1 minute walk). Aroundthe apartment, you will find a selection of restaurants and shops. Theproperty has 2 double bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) 1 fully equiped bathroom completed with shower and bath and a separate courtesy toilet . Furnished with all comforts and with a fully equiped kitchen. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the lounge. Ceiling fans n the bedrooms. We have a baby cot, baby hamock and high chair available for our younger guests. We provide bedding and towels for all our guests. Free WIFI. Private covered parking in the building.
The location is ideal for families and those who are looking for a relaxing holiday. There is great outdoor play areas for children in the area within walking distance. The acces to the sandy beach is through a set comfortable of steps, easy for all ages. The waters are shallow, clean and calm.
The area is mainly residential, no big hotels around. It is safe and lively in the summer, with the restaurant openoning their terraces to enjoy a meal or a drink outdoors.
