Welcome to this wonderful first-floor duplex with views of the coast and the nautical port. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
Outside this wonderful property, you will find two fantastic terraces overlooking the sea and the harbor. You will be able to relax sunbathing or having an aperitif with your loved ones while you contemplate the sunset after a nice day at the beach. The duplex is located in a quiet area with all the necessary services. Please note that as it is an apartment there are neighbors nearby and privacy is partial.
In the interiors, you will find a cozy living-dining room which is equipped with AC, satellite TV, and CD and DVD player. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. When it's time to sleep, you can choose any of the 3 bedrooms. All of them have AC and two of them have direct access to the upper terrace. A toilet and a bathroom with a shower complete the stay. If you need it, you can use the washing machine, iron, and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
S'Estanyol de Mitjorn is a small town located on the south coast of Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Llucmajor and is about 20 kilometers from the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca. The population of S'Estanyol de Mitjorn is around 500 inhabitants and its economy is mainly based on fishing, nature tourism, and water sports. - The weekends of the 24th, 25th, and 26th of July are the patron saint festivities in s'Estanyol and take place just down the street from the apartment.
