Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The neighbourhood is really nice, lots of friendly families and easy access to bus and Subway lines. It is quite far from the city center (1 hour by public transport), but, this is Berlin, so everything is quite far away anyways. The check-in is contactless but the staff were very friendly and guided me through the phone. It is great value for the price. You stay in a closed room in the house and share the bathroom and a kitchen. I would recommend this for solo travellers like me or young couples who are looking for something warm and comfortable, not luxurious, just for sleeping.

Negative: The only thing I would point out is that the walls are thin and you can hear the guests talk on the phone in the room next to yours. Also, a smaller light for the bedside table would be a great addition to the room
