It has a living room with double sofa bed, sofa corner and dining area, large HD TV with many German and international channels (2 satellite, Astra and Hotbird)) with DVD and stereo system with radio, CD and USB, 3 separate bedrooms with large double beds, one bedroom is located in an apartment-like room on the upper floor (accessible via a spiral staircase). There is also a complete sofa set, 2nd HD TV with DVD and stereo system with radio, CD and USB. The flat also has a new, separate kitchen with 4 ring ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and an additional dining area in the kitchen, bathroom/shower/WC with bath and shower attachment, modern countertop washbasin, beautiful LED mirror with clock, hotel hairdryer, HD TV and DVD and stereo system with radio, CD and USB in the bathroom, beautiful wooden floorboards, cloakroom, central heating, games. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the basement of the house.
