You can walk around the mouth of the Son Bauló torrent, and prehistoric Talayotic sites such as the Necropolis of Son Real, with its finca and grounds open to the public, help make this area idyllic.

You can move easily around the north of the island, as within walking distance there is a bus service connecting Can Picafort with Alcúdia and Pollença.
