In this room is an open fireplace for a special comfort in the cold season. Firewood is provided. In the living room you will find a large couch on the corner (this can be converted into a sofa bed for additional persons, lying area 116 x 200 cm), wicker chairs and TV and a small library. The kitchen has the following equipment: oven with 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine with filter, toaster and microwave. The dining table can accommodate 6 people. In the large living room you will find a double bed (160 x 200 cm, top edge mattress 62 cm), armchair and couch, wardrobe and TV. The small bedroom has a bunk bed (each 100 x 200 cm lying area) and a closet. The bathroom (accessed through a sliding door) has a spacious, barrier-free shower (optional rain or normal shower with handle), toilet and sink. A second toilet is wheelchair accessible with sink and washing machine. (also through a sliding door) In the hall you will find a wardrobe and a cabinet with cleaning supplies and equipment. We provide further available: iron and ironing board, laundry rack and if necessary, high chair and children's travel cot. The garden area has a size of approx. 68m², of which approx. 21m² terrace. Garden furniture for the terrace are available as well as a small sandbox. The garden is completely fenced, ideal for small children.
