Positive: The location of the facility is very good, just a 3 minute walk from the Gdynia Orłowo railway station away. A little corner store is right opposite of house 32, and open all days, except Sundays. You can grab snacks, drinks, bread, or whatever you need for cooking, in case you forgot to bring that. The flat is quite spacious, as advertised, even though the 3 bedrooms are rather small, in comparison. It comes fully furnished, with 2 bathrooms, and with a kitchen, where you can cook a meal, or have breakfast. The included garage parking space, and the washer and dryer are additional benefits. A short walk, or a free electric transport brings you to the jetty and the beach.

Negative: Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the flat fulfilled most of our expectations. Nevertheless, there are a few points we find worth mentioning: As per our observance, the maintenance and cleaning is a bit lacking. Most of the manual mini blinds have broken plastic chains, the couch and pillows are past their prime, with several stains, and when we entered the flat, an unpleasant smell was lingering. We were able to get rid of it by ventilating the flat for some time with open windows and balcony door, the room spray from earlier mentioned corner store helped as well. The bed in the en-suite bedroom is only 140cm wide, that's not sufficient for two adults. We moved to the other room, there the bed made noise at every turn... We were 4 females and 1 male, that being said, the required clothes hanger space was insufficient. Considering these points, the price value was a little on the higher side.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, however, a bit TLC and maybe some smaller upgrades would go a long way
