Positive: Quite typical of B&B Hotels. Good location. Similar rooms, comfortable bed.

Negative: Luckily this year we had a chance to stay in three hotels of the chain. So we can easily state what is what. The hotels in Erfurt and Marburg were really good, while the one in Hildesheim was a step below. We arrived to the hotel about half an hour before the check in time. The lady at the reception told us we couldn’t check in earlier for free. Certainly, we had to accept it, since that was the hotel rules. The hotel could have been fully booked. The public toilet at the hotel was allegedly broken and no alternative was offered. Yet, our two suitcases were accepted for a half an hour storage. Thanks for that. The other staff members were quite helpful. Anyway, what seemed strange to us were some staff members who flocked together time and again for a smoke right in front of the hotel entrance, as if the things are getting better at the hotel with every single smoke. Hildesheim is a very beautiful city, and it would be great if every place involved in hospitality industry could serve this image of the city.
