Our newly renovated apartment is perfect for exploring Valencia on foot, by bike or by bus. With 2 bedrooms, the 60m2 are perfect for a family or 2 couples, with an extra full size sofa bed if needed. We are 5 minutes walk from the metro station Angel Guimerá and 10 minutes walk from the old town and the gardens of the river Turia.
The appartment has recently been renovated, respecting and recovering the original art deco materials and fittings. It is furnished in a simple style with attention to detail, combining old floors and doors with contemporary and functional pieces.
We like to cook, and the big kitchen comes equipped with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and charcuterie slicer. The appartment has a washing mashine and TV.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available with a fiber-optic connection at 100 Mps.
We have no air condition, but we have modern ceiling fans. Traditional high ceilings, blind blinds and shutters on the windows help manage the temperature.
