Welcome to this wonderful villa with a private pool. It is located in a residential area of San Juan de Alicante, not far from the beach. It can accommodate up to 7 guests.
The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the good weather. It consists of a private pool and a small garden area where you can spread the towel and sunbathe. Going up some stairs you get to the terrace and porch area. Here, there is a large outdoor dining table where you can taste delicious barbecues. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
A few steps lead to the main entrance and the ground floor. Here you find a fabulous living room with access to the main terrace, AC, television and two sofas where you can rest. The dining area is next and is ideal for enjoying family meals. The separate kitchen features a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer iron and ironing board. From the kitchen you can go out onto a small terrace. The house has 4 bedrooms, all with wardrobes. The first three are on the main level; one has a single bed, another has a bunk bed and the last one has a trundle bed. Going up some steps -where another AC unit is located- we access the main bedroom. It is equipped with a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to a lovely balcony. There is another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house. A cot and a high chair are available.
San Juan de Alicante is a coastal town full of charm and traditions. Its beach is a paradise of fine sand and transparent waters. The area offers many services and shops such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. If you like golf, the Alicante Golf course is the perfect place as an alternative to the beach.
