Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Overall it was very clean and the reception staff are lovely.

Negative: There were many facilities not available during the stay which had not been advertised. Such as the Sauna which apparently had been like this for a while hence I don’t think it is ok to advertise something that is not there. Furthermore the staff encouraged us to eat at the restaurant but then half the menu was not available as the pasta machine for cutting had broken, which just seems ludicrous to not be able to cut the pasta. There was alot of small elements missing like I had a broken chair in my room and was not able to sit and work at the desk.

Summary: Ok but I would consider other hotels that can deliver consistently.
