My listed semi-detached house with thatched roof ( 05.2021 new ) is located in the middle of the small village of Seedorf. The plot area is 3200 m² and mainly covered with lawn. A cozy relaxation area by the natural pond invites you to linger.

You can park on the parking lot next to the front door.

The bright vacation apartment is located under the roof on the second floor. Behind the front door, turn left up the wooden stairs and you have arrived.

The two bedrooms each have an arched window, the living and dining area has 3 arched windows.

One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds are at your disposal.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

We offer a laundry service for the apartment.

The living and dining area is built with wood paneling on the walls and ceiling.

A modern kitchen, with dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave, coffee machine forms with the living area, with large TV, a cozy space to linger and cook and eat together.

The bathroom has a shower with instantaneous water heater, WC and a washbasin with mirror cabinet. The apartment is heated by a heat pump and active radiators. This can also be used as air conditioning. The bedrooms have electric heating.

Simply arrive. We are happy to pick up train travelers at the train station in Demmin by arrangement. Unpack your suitcase and start your vacation. The beds are made up for you and towels are ready.

Please bring your own beach towels. You can park your boat and trailer free of charge during your stay.
