The approx. 45m ² apartment with combined living room / bedroom (double bed + sofa) is equipped with a small kitchen and a bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with shower & toilet & wash basin and sufficient shelves. In the winter half year you can also use the heating with floor temperature control. Of course, the bathroom has its own window. The small kitchen includes a refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob and various dishes. A (hot air) microwave is centrally available to all guests.

You can choose between an apartment with its own roof terrace (approx. 45 m²) or one of our double rooms (approx. 23 m²). Part of it is at ground level with a direct view and access to the garden. All rooms are equipped with a small mini kitchen. To sleep you can expect a two meter long, raised double bed with an open end, which of course is equipped with adjustable slatted frames. Explore the various cozy seating areas in the garden and the barbecue area with sun shade. Table tennis and darts as well as an exclusive outdoor whirlpool complete the offer! There you can go all year round (!!!) do something for body and soul.
