My accommodation is close to the city center, in the beautiful district of Laubegast near the Elbe, there is very good access to the tram and is good for couples, friends, but also solo travelers are very welcome. The tram is right outside the front door (journey time to the city center approx. 15 minutes)

The living room

The apartment is in our house on the upper floor. It has access to the private balcony which is yours for the duration of your stay and can be used to relax and end the day after an eventful day. There is also a private bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as its own kitchenette.

On the beds 2 people can comfortably sleep, we are happy to provide a baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request.

Bed linen and towels are provided by us.

The washing machine on the ground floor can be used for longer stays.

Access for guests

The apartment is located on the upper floor in our house. You can get to it by going through our shared hallway to the upper floor. The apartment consists of three rooms, a bedroom with two beds, a lounge with kitchen and a bathroom with shower

Since we also live in the house, communication will not be an issue. We are happy to provide tips on what you must see in Dresden and the surrounding area.
