The Space:
There is a lot of peace and tranquility in the apartment, it is quiet and decorated with very neutral colors and elements.
It is perfect for a maximum of 4 people.
So that there is more space and the stay is more pleasant, the double bed is foldable, it is stored giving more free space to the apartment. It is very easy to open and is the perfect solution for accommodation of this style. The third and fourth seats sleep on a very comfortable double sofa bed that has nothing to envy of a traditional bed.
The apartment has the living room area very well separated from the kitchen area, there is a large table perfect for four people, a very nice and large living room furniture in which there is a very large TV and two comfortable sofas, one of them is the sofa bed.
The kitchen area is open American style, very equipped, large and comfortable. In it you can cook great dishes and prepare delicious dinners.
The bathroom is spacious with a large corner shower, storage space, and can comfortably accommodate more than one person at a time.
The apartment has wifi internet connection and air conditioning. It is a ground floor, so you do not need to use the elevator and it is fully accessible without steps and perfect for people with reduced mobility.

The Neighborhood:

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
The sofa beds are not prepared for sleeping on arrival, we will deliver the bed linen and towels when the number of guests requires it.
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
