Holiday amid idyllic nature. Calm, comfort, lots of space and views over the Greifswalder Bodden. 5-10 minutes to the beaches of Binz to Gohren. Away from all the hustle and bustle. The bird house Gobbin is a brick typical of the region, which still has a traditional Feldsteinfundament. Built about 100 years ago, the house was extensively renovated by us. The four apartments and the cottage are really equipped with everything that makes the holiday really enjoyable. If something should be missing - just let us know. We have chosen bright, friendly furniture for the furnishing. They fit, as we find, great to our house, the landscape and are also wonderfully comfortable. Of course, all guests are allowed to use the sauna house (1 use per week stay included, additional for 10 € / sauna fee) in the old stable. Oh yes, of all the apartments offers a magnificent view over the island of Vilm! Over the small, belonging to the apartment courtyard you enter the Wren. We have given the name, because a couple of these cute birds has been breeding with us for years. The nests of this genus are very small, but this apartment with 75 m² really generous cut. Both bedrooms are absolutely equivalent, the shower room is directly accessible from both rooms. About the small courtyard you reach the ground floor in the apartment. The interior bedroom also has a separate patio door (with us you can really sleep with the door open ..) As in all apartments of our house, the old wooden floor was left partly as a floor covering and the rooms designed with bright summer colors. The photos certainly give a good impression of the friendly mood in the Wren. Domestic equipments: 2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room with comfortable seating area and TV, dining area. a fitted kitchen with oven, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker. Bathroom with shower / WC, a hallway with cloakroom, and a small courtyard with sitting area. Size about 75m². All important utensils are available in the apartment.
