Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens. If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves. Welcome to Alcazar, a charming bungalow furnished in the traditional Spanish way. Located in a very quiet residential area, this bungalow enjoys pleasant proximity toward a variety of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket, only 2 Min. drive. Another 5 Min. drive takes us to the refined coast town of Moraira, where an unrivaled sand beach can be found together with various water activities. The sports enthusiasts will find tennis courts and a golf course within walking distance. The bungalow offers parking for 2 cars and a nice garden area with BBQ. The interior is set on a one-story holiday home. We access a few steps up to a small sunny balcony, ideal to enjoy breakfast in the sun. We enter into the open living/dining area with Sat+TV+DVD and A/C unit and the fully equipped kitchen. We find 2 twins and another double bedroom with A/C, sharing a bathroom. The Parking place and the garden is located at the back of the villa.
