This magnificent 400 sqm property at 8-minute drive or 40-minute walk from Aix en Provence commands an exceptional view of the iconic Sainte Victoire Mountain.
Set in 2.5 hectares of superbly maintained 18th century-style grounds featuring an olive grove, fountains, a pond (not enclosed), orchards, a vegetable garden, a jacuzzi, terraces and a secure 17 x 6 metre swimming pool (heated from May to October), the ensemble is the work of a renowned local interior decorator and landscape gardener.
It includes a majestic entry with a cloakroom, a living/reception room with a fireplace and TV, a drawing room with a piano (not accessible during the rental), a spacious second living room with a dining room and equipped kitchen opening onto terraces, and a utility room.
Upstairs are a spacious master suite with a shower room and dressing room enjoying a view of Sainte-Victoire Mountain, and three further bedrooms with bath or shower rooms (one opening onto a terrace).
An air-conditioned guest house includes a living room with a kitchen, and a bedroom with a shower room (the accomodation is more simple).
A fitness room is in an annex.
Rental conditions
- A caretaker is present, yet set apart, in the property. His dog remains within his private area.

- Children between the ages of 1 and 10 may not be accepted owing to the pond which is not enclosed
- The picking of flowers or plants is not allowed. The caretaker may provide fruit from the orchard on request.
