2 rooms completely renovated late 2016, bright and air conditioned with 4 beds. (1 large bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room).
It is composed of :
- A living room of 18 m2 comfortable (wifi, TV with USB key) with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle) ,
- A shower room with washing machine,
- Room with bed of 190cm X 140 cm,
- separate WC,
- wardrobe closet
-a balcony of 5 m² with a table and 4 stools
Duvets, pillows, necessities and household goods are provided.
Sheets and towels are available with a supplement of 15 € per pack of 2 people.
High chair, bath and cot (without cloth) for free baby on request and subject to availability.
The comfortable accommodation is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and has an unobstructed view.
This accommodation is ideal for a couple or a family with children.
***** Note: The accommodation has a cheap rate because construction work is planned alas from 1 June 2017, in front of the street where gives the balcony. Noise disturbance is therefore possible, even if the apartment is air conditioned. No more precise planning is available to date in Mairie. *****

In Old Antibes:
We are in the hyper center of Antibes. Pedestrian area, small tourist train, 2 play parks for children, port, 2 public car parks, 2 supermarkets, an organic supermarket, butcher, caterer, bakers, restaurants, bars .... are a few meters from the building.
Within a 5-minute walk you can reach La Gravette's public sandy beach, the Provencal market, the ramparts and the Picasso Museum.
Transport:
Two public car parks are a few meters from the accommodation.
All public transport (bus and train station) is only 5 to 10 minutes walk from our accommodation. And you can easily get to Cap d'Antibes, Juan-Les-Pins, Marineland, Cannes, Mougins, Nice ....
Other remarks:
We will be happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible, in return we ask you to respect the neighborhood by limiting the noise after 10:00 and before 9:00, not to smoke inside the apartment, not to come with animals and behave in the apartment as if it were your home.
Out of respect for our next "Guests", we ask you to leave the apartment as clean as you found it on arrival. If you wish we offer a cleaning fee for 35 €.
