I have attached the floorplans, the orange area is solely for you, the blue areas are common and the rest is either mine or my daughter. It’s perfect for a family or a group of friends. it has a roof terrace and a trampoline, you can't go wrong.

In the summer you will enjoy the roof terrace, it's equipped with a bench, 2 chairs, a little table and a trampoline.
There's a fridge on your way up but cooking options are limited.
Communication is key! I assist where necessary.
As you can read in my reviews I'm most of the time available to assist, give you tips and sometimes a little chat.
I do think that locals make the difference.
