This beautiful city centre apartment could not be better located, right at Barcelona´s central square, Plaça Catalunya. A similar apartment is almost impossible to find in this area of the city.
The apartment is very cozy with designer furniture and quality finishes. It is a one bedroom attic with a double sofa-bed in the living room so it can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has one complete bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace overlooking the city.
The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment.
If you are keen to explore everything Barcelona center has to offer this is definitely the choice for you. The famous Las Ramblas starts just the other side of the square. Also, just on the doorstep is Passeig de Gràcia, Rambla Catalunya, Plaza Universitat and the main shopping street Portal del Angel. You can get around the city easily with bus, metro and taxi station all in the vicinity. If you prefer to wander around on foot this is perfect to discover the winding streets of the Gothic and Raval quarters or see the Cathedral or Picasso museum in the fashionable Borne district. This apartment is a true oasis in one of the most popular city destinations in Europe.

HOUSE RULES:
Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents.
Loud noise after 10 p.m. and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated as well as complaints. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited.
The non-fulfillment of any of these norms may result in penalties from extra charges of 84€, to the immediate expulsion of the clients from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation.
The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old are accepted.
Public parking available on request for 27.50€ per night.
The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it’s mandatory for all guests older than 16 years old, only applicable to the first 7 nights.
Pets (under 5 kg) are allowed for en extra charge, prior confirmation needed.
