Take the exterior staircase to a 13m² balcony where you can enjoy the garden furniture.
Upon entering the gîte, you'll find the kitchen, which opens onto the living room and a relaxation area equipped with a sofa bed and a sofa.
There are two bedrooms: the first is equipped with a 140x190cm bed opening onto the balcony, and the second bedroom with a 160x200cm bed (which can be converted into two single beds upon request) and a 90x190cm bed.
Shower room, separate toilet.
Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are optional upon request.
Low-temperature heating with a heat pump and solar panels, and a fireplace are included.
