Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location, the room was new, clean, and nicely appointed with everything needed for cooking. The staff was helpful in getting in.

Negative: The app used for check in - I filled in everything properly but was not promptly sent the code to get in, so I had to call to get the codes. The code for the entrance gate came by email 2 hours late and the code for the room came the next morning. Not good! Thank God there was a person on duty who was wonderfully helpful but I worry if I needed to check in late (past the time of someone on duty) - would i need to wait until the next morning to get the code to get into the room?

Summary: Really nice place, great location, check-in app needs improvement
