The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home built in 1995, was renovated in 2017 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet location the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly and romantic accomodation. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

The property is suitable for families with children. There are many activities for children in the area, if you book with us with children, they will really enjoy it, it is a great children's paradise The apartment is located in a small residential area on the edge of Eibenstock. From the balcony you can enjoy direct views of the ski slope with lift. The residential area offers the perfect starting point for excursions and hikes in the surrounding Erzgebirge with its numerous peaks and dams. Access is via a side road or via a mountain road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity
