Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss einer sehr ruhig gelegenen, gepflegten Wohnanlage im Ortszentrum von Hahnenklee (ca. 5 Gehminuten z.B. vom Kurzentrum, Bäcker, zu Restaurants, der Bocksbergseilbahn /Skiabhang, Sommer-, Winter-, Sommerrodelbahn, Bikepark entfernt).
Das Haus umfasst 6 Wohneinheiten. Vom Südbalkon blickt man auf den gegenüberliegenden Bocksberg.

It also has a bedroom (bed 2x2 m) and a shower room (bidet, underfloor heating, hairdryer) from which the private Finnish sauna is accessed.
The equipment was designed with plenty of closet space in mind.
We provide a cot and a high chair free of charge if required (please let us know if you wish.)
The radiator apartments are equipped with "smart thermostats".
The holiday apartment includes a garage (with electric gate lift) and a communal cellar for storing bicycles, strollers and skis...
There are chairs and a table on the balcony.
On request, the beds can be freshly made and the linen (depending on the order, bed linen, towels, sauna towel 5 euros, bathrobe rental fee 10 euros) is ready.
A linen package costs 21 euros per person (bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 hand towels).
It is important to us that the holiday apartment is always very clean and fully equipped.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
The rental price is based on 2 people. We charge 6.00 euros per day for the 3rd person.
Over Christmas and New Year's Eve the apartment is only rented out on a weekly basis.

If government regulations do not allow rental due to Corona, the accommodation contract can of course be canceled free of charge.
The health of our guests is very important to us, especially in times of Corona.
The apartment handover is contactless.
