The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the rear building at Ostendstr. and consists of 3 rooms that are rented individually, kitchen, hallway, toilet with sink and tub.
The apartment is fully equipped, the rooms are furnished, the kitchen has a stove, refrigerator and washing machine. There are also cooking equipment such as plates, pots, cups and cutlery.
GEZ/Internet is included in the rent.
Bed linen, covers and towels are not provided
Minimum term is 3 months
The notice period is 3 months to the end of the month.
