We have prepared the home with the idea of achieving a pleasant atmosphere. Our priority is to maintain a good coexistence, so we are selective with the tenants and we try to make you feel comfortable during your stay.
The room is exterior and for individual use, with a 135 bed and a large closet where you can put your things. It also has its own balcony, where you can drink coffee or read in the afternoon sun. It is calm and quiet. It has an individual lock in each room. The house has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
With approximately 11 m² of surface, less than 10 minutes walk to the center of Ponferrada, so you will have all the services at hand. In front is the Temple Park and behind the river promenade, pleasant places to walk and relax.
The requirements we ask for are:
- Minimum stay of 2 months.
- 1 month deposit
- Employment contract or guarantor
- No pets or smoking
- Only one person
The monthly payments include water costs and Wi-Fi with 300 mb fiber. Electricity and gas costs are not included.
It also has a 24" TV. with remote control, desk with chair, coat rack, mirror, hangers, nightstand lamp, and good quality mattress. It is decorated in a modern style and has all the necessary amenities for a long stay.
This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils.
It is located in the Station neighborhood, directly connected to the city center. Nearby there is a supermarket, bakery, cafes. In addition, it is very close to the bus stop with excellent connections throughout the city, as well as the train station.
