El Apartamento BODEGA DE SIERRA, se encuentra en lo que antiguamente era la bodega de la casa. Las bodegas se situaban en la planta sótano o terreira (quiere decir que parte de los muros están bajo tierra), ya que era la que ofrecía las mejores condiciones para la conservación del vino.
El vino se elaboraba con uva proveniente de las numerosas viñas que antaño se cultivaban en las laderas más pendientes y próximas al Río Oro, algunos de estos viñedos son tan antiguos que aparecen en documentos del siglo XI.
