The elegant house Son Enseñat of 550 square meters sleeps 12 people in 6 bedrooms. It is on 70,000 square meters of land with terraces and mature gardens filled with trees, plants and flowers.
The outdoor areas are a highlight of this house, various terraces and dining areas and its modern large swimming pool. Balinese beds for soaking up the sun and seating areas that allow guests to enjoy the day under the sun or shade.
There is a summer kitchen and dining area under a covered terrace for days and nights, eating and enjoying drinks. There is also a ping pong table for recreation.
The house is bright and spacious and has a wonderful mix of old and new decors to keep the tradition of the house but with modern comforts. The lounge with comfortable sofas and TV, an elegant dining area next to the big fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The house is on three levels with eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms plus a guest toilet, it comfortably accommodates up to 16 people, Ideal for events, weddings and family vacations or group of friends. There is a separate private apartment, with lounge/dining room, kitchen and double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. In this area is also a bbq area.
On the ground floor is the main hallway, lounge, dining, kitchen and guest toilet. The master bedroom, dressing area and en suite bathroom. The dining and kitchen areas have direct access onto the swimming pool and terraces.The first floor has 3 bedrooms en suite with two single beds in each room.The second floor has 3 bedrooms with double beds one en suite and the other two share a bathroom.The house is fully air conditioned which can be reversed to heat for the cooler months, and has wifi throughout. There is a ping pong table in the area of outside dining terrace.

Son Enseñat is situated in the popular South West of Mallorca. If you want to explore the local area, you can stock up on groceries in the local village 1.5 km away, Calvia hosts a local outdoor market every Monday, here you will find local restaurants and cafés.
You are in a great area for enjoying the luxury marinas of Puerto Portals and Port Adriano, both have a wide selection of quality restaurants and bars, and the beach of Calvia Nou with its famous Nikki beach club, are all a short drive away. Palmanova is 5 km and has many supermarkets, recreation and beaches.
The closest golf courses are Santa Ponsa, Poniente and Bendinat. Palma de Mallorca airport is 25 kilometers away. Palma and all its historical sights, restaurants, bars and nightlife is only 15 minutes drive.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everybody's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
We request information about the day and time of flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
Rentals taken from Saturday to Saturday.
If the house is booked for two weeks or more, housekeeping will be provided on a Saturday.
Pool cleaning and gardener provided in the rental price.

Prices for this property are in Euros.
Refundable deposits required for any damage to the property or contents, will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
Bookings are also possible to be taken for all year around, winter month rentals is possible. Long winter rental prices are on request
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
