It has a conservatory, garden, livingroom, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. A great place to stay.
The apartment is located in a street where Spanish people live permanently. It is near to the beach, the center of Torrevieja, the market with about 1200 stands, waterpark (only open in high season), restaurants and bars.

We have a garden of 40 m² including BBQ. Parking is possible in the street for free.
For an early or late check-in we apply a maximum one-off surcharge of € 40.00 per stay. If you want and an early and a late check-in we apply a maximum one-off surcharge of € 80.00 per stay.
If you want a check-in after 22:00 our housekeeper will charge a one-off surcharge of € 40.00 per stay.
A refundable damage deposit needs to be paid of € 200,00.
Electricity is includes on a fair use policy of 80 Kwh per week. Extra Kwh will be € 0,30 per kwh and will be deducted of the deposit.
A cleaning fee of € 65,00 is applicable.
