This apartment is the perfect place for a dream-like vacation. The residential complex offers a wonderful shared chlorine pool that is 10 x 5.5 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.5 to 2 metres. It's surrounded by a great lawn area where you can bask in the sun or play with your children. In addition, you find the beach just 340 metres away. So you can enjoy some wonderful days between the beach and the pool and every day come back to the private terrace of the apartment and relax with the views of the mountains and the sea at the end.

Inside this apartment, located on the ground floor, you'll find a spacious and comfy living-dining room where you can enjoy your meals all together and watch the TV. The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds, AC and closet. One of them has room for a baby cot and a high chair also is available. Moreover, we'll prepare de sofa bed in the living for the last guest. There's one bathroom with a bath and the house is equipped with gas central heating.

- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- The pool is available all year round from 8 am to 11 pm. From this time, you'll be allowed to use it without disturbing the neighbourhood.
- The fireplace in the living cannot be used.
- Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years old.
- You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
