Wutha-Farnroda, 280 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 280 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Please note that in the period 2023-2025 there will be road works in the area, which can be heard to some degree inside the building, usually between 7am and 4pm on weekdays. The Rennsteig , with its 168 km is just 3 km. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
