You will be right when choosing our beautiful studio as a sanctuary to rest and take advantage of those well-deserved vacation days. You can use the pool (seasonal) and we provide you with an underground and closed parking space with a door. The apartment has air conditioning and we offer you the best internet connection completely free of charge. The location is unique, less than 5 minutes from the beach by car and less than 5 minutes from the golf course on foot. In addition, the access to the highway is very close so that you can go where you want much faster. And of course, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. It has a Smart TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer and much more...
Upon entering the apartment, the first thing we find on the left is the bathroom that has a bathtub and a window. Then, on the way to the living room, there is the kitchen, which, although it is not very large, is fully equipped. The kitchen has a washing machine, refrigerator, D'ore capsule coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, and all the necessary cooking and eating utensils you may need. In the background is the living room where the sofa is, a dining table that also serves as a desk, the Smart TV with access to all platforms and the rest area with the very comfortable 150cm King Size bed. In the apartment we also put at your disposal an iron with its board and a clothesline.
We provide you with an underground and closed parking space with a garage door with private access only from the building. In the urbanization there is a charming pool surrounded by grass which is open in the summer season.
The area is wonderful. The beach is less than 5 minutes away by car and the golf course less than 5 minutes away on foot. There is a Mercadona very close. Also at the back of the urbanization there are a couple of bars, a stationery store, a gym etc...

From June 15 to September 15.
TRANSPORT
If you need it, we can send a taxi to pick you up at the airport (additional cost)
If you are going to rent a car we can offer you a discounted car rental company for being our guests.
CHECK-OUT
The keys are handed over directly to the house. A person will receive you to show you the house, give you the key and give you some interesting information about the area.
The entry hours are as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house is not ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: delivery of the keys, leaving the luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but as soon as it is ready we will notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
