The apartment complex is situated in a quiet and welcoming area close to nature in the southern part of Westerland. You will walk 600 meters along comfortable and safe paths to the beach, Westerland bike rental and beach crossing. The nature reserve is nearby. The well-kept complex is heated all year round.
The aquarium, a campsite with a nice restaurant, a small supermarket as well as a bakery with a newspaper stand and convenience stores are located nearby. The Südwäldchen, German for forest, and a duck pond are about 5 minutes away. There is lots of space for dogs on the property and a dog beach is located not far from the complex. It is an ideal starting point for cycling, hiking and Nordic Walking.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has bright, cosy, and sophisticated furnishings and modern facilities:
Bedroom with two single beds (without footboard) that can be pushed together, large wardrobe and linen closet. In the hallway you will also find a large wardrobe.
The living room has a double sofa bed, a chest of drawers, an extendable table for 8 persons, telephone and Internet (Internet and phone calls to German landlines are free of charge), cable TV, DVD, radio with CD player and cassette deck. In the chest of drawers there is a small selection of literature about Sylt and board games. In addition, you will find lots of information about the island.
The west-facing loggia with table and chairs can be accessed from the living room.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, oven, microwave with grill function, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, soda machine, waffle maker, blender and various other kitchen appliances as well as tableware for 12 persons.
The modern bathroom has white and yellow tiles, a mirror cabinet, towel radiator and a hairdryer.
In the basement you will find laundry facilities.
Bicycles can be hired for €3,00 per day. There are bicycle stands and storage in front of the house and.
The apartment complexes were renovated in 2014 and are in great condition. They are neighbouring single family houses and situated in green surroundings.
There are good bus connections in the area.
Private parking is available free of charge.
The house is accessed from a quiet street.
Short stays are subject to a surcharge.
Children are welcome.
Pets are permitted at a small fee (€5,00).
We kindly ask our guests to smoke on the balcony.
Wireless Internet is provided free of charge. Calls to German landlines are also free of charge.
Three bicycles can be hired.

Lots of space for dogs to exercise on the property.
Our guests are personally greeted on site. We will gladly pick you up at the railway station or airport on request.
If you wish to save the money for final clean, you are welcome to clean the apartment yourself. We will ask for a deposit for the final clean, which will be repaid upon proper return of the apartment.
Our guests are welcome to clean themselves, but we charge a deposit of €60 for up to 2 persons and €70 for up to 3 persons. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Linen package includes: 1x bedding, 2x bath towels, 4x hand towels, 4x washcloths, 1x guest towel, 3x tea towels, wiping cloths and 1x table cloth.
Extra linen and beach towels can be provided for a small fee.
