Please note the following important information before booking:- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.- Travel cot/Travel cot:Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it-Arrival after hours:- Our check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1:00 it will be €100- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22:00., after 22:00. it will be 50 EUR and from 1:00 it will be 100 euros.- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (€5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
Policy on additional beds for children
Guests 1 years and older are considered adults. There must be an extra bed for children in case the standard beds cannot accommodate them.
