Maison des Cèdres is a classic French villa of the Belle Epoque style built by Colonel Charles Michel Jean Honoré Tronyo in 1921.
The mansion is 300m² in total, not including the basement.
The villa sits on 2,8 hectares of lush land with a wide variety of local trees, flowers, and vegetation. The property also has a 10m x 5m pool with lounge chairs, pergola.
The estate can comfortably house 10 people and will serve as your authentic French retreat.

The ground floor is where you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with brand appliances and all the dish ware needed to prepare for different sized gathering.
There are three salons on the same floor. The kitchen opens to the dining Room. This room has a large dining table that fits up to 14 people. Next is the Living Room. This is a comfortable lounge area for relaxing or pre-dinner cocktails. There is also a covered exterior gallery, or Loggia, ideal for outdoor relaxing.
On the second floor are the living quarters which include 5 spacious and newly updated bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. All bedrooms have been equipped with fresh new beds, vintage furnitures and air conditioning. All bathrooms are new and have brand new heated floors and fixtures.
As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has two fridges, an induction hob with built in ventilator, two steam ovens, an ice machine for the hot summer days, two freezers and two dishwashers.The kitchen is fully renovated in 2020. We kept the authentic French feel with original floor tiles and the food cabinet with wooden doors. It has practical culinary solutions to provide the best possible cooking experience for different size of groups.
The mansion has 5 spacious bedrooms ranging from 17 m² to 22 m² excluding bathrooms. Each room has 3 meters high ceilings, individual air conditioning and large French windows with views of the small village or the Pyrénées mountains.
All the bedrooms are equipped with brand new Jensen beds and high quality bed linens.
All duvets and pillows are new and allergy friendly. Goose duvet and different pillows can be made available upon request.
Each of the five bedrooms has a private bathroom. All five bathrooms were newly built in 2020 with heated floors, towel heater, shower and wc. Master bedroom has a separat bathtub and shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
