As guests enter the cottage, they are greeted by a generous kitchen area, which is both well-equipped and attractive, with a host of useful appliances. There is a breakfast bar, the perfect spot for the grown-ups to enjoy morning coffee whilst the little ones enjoy breakfast on the corner benches and table in the adjacent dining room. The lounge boasts comfy corner sofas, a Smart TV and a beautiful wood burner designed for warmth on the chillier autumn evenings. The dining room also has a wood burner and an attractive area perfect for cosying up and reading a good book. Completing the ground floor is a handy utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC. Heading upstairs, a generous landing (with optional sofa bed, for additional guests by arrangement) leads into the three bedrooms, two of which feature a king-size bed, and one with twin beds (one of which is slightly raised), ideal for smaller guests.
