The property is set on the doorstep of the Wye Valley and within easy reach of the River Wye from both Symonds Yat (4 miles) and Hoarwithy (6 Miles), where you can hire canoes, or simply enjoy the abundance of wildfire along the Wye Valley Trail. For cyclists, the Forest of Dean cycle trail and downhill park are a must, along with the Gruffalo trail and sculpture trail at Beechenhurst (10 miles). The vibrant market towns of both Monmouth and Ross on Wye are just 5 miles away, offering a range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, both in picturesque settings.

The open plan kitchen has been finished with a contemporary style and offers everything you may need for preparing meals during your stay. Furthermore, there is a utility room that’s a great space for muddy paws and wet coats. The ground floor offers guests the choice of three bedrooms, a double room enjoying a front aspect, with en-suite shower and WC, a double room with French doors opening onto the courtyard, and a twin room to the rear of the barn. There is a family bathroom with handheld shower over bath, bidet, and WC.
Guests are free to explore the woodlands and farm land. The barn is surrounded by open aspect grounds with table and chairs for summer dining. There is ample private parking.
