Rochette: On the 1st floor: living room-kitchen area with terrace access, 1 bedroom with private bathroom for disabled people (2 single beds 90x200 cm - shower for disabled people + WC), separate WC. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds 90x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x200 cm), bathroom (shower + toilet).
On the ground floor: games room/meeting room and wellness area (spa, hammam and shower). Unfenced land. Level access to the ground floor of the gîte and the games/meeting room. Private parking at the entrance to the property (6 vehicles).
