All the furniture and furnishings are tastefully coordinated and emphasise the calm and cosiness of the overall interior design. Stylish studios and suites adapted to the charm of the house ensure that you will feel at home after a short time. The studio is ideal for couples or travelling partners. Dogs are welcome (for a fee). Our four. Studios are located on the mezzanine floor of the house. They consist of a combined living room/bedroom, pantry kitchen or equipped kitchenette and shower room. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the house (for a fee). The fitted kitchens are as good as new, functional and equipped to a high standard with a toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, microwave with grill and freezer compartment. The studios can accommodate a maximum of 2 people + 1 infant. If you absolutely need certain equipment (e.g. cooker with hotplates), please let us know, as not all flats are uniformly equipped.
In the quiet, landscaped garden there are various seating areas where you can relax. A large barbecue area with swivelling barbecue and fire bowl can be used by reservation. A table tennis table and a trampoline are available for young and old. There is a sandpit and mini slide for younger guests. Beach chairs and a summer pool round off the garden facilities.
Please note that this accommodation is a guest room. E-scooters are available for a small fee.
From the house you can reach the tram in a few minutes, approx. 150m. After only four stops you are at the beginning of the city centre at Augustusplatz with the theatre, opera and Gewandhaus. Five stops to the railway station. Alternatively, you can walk through a small park nearby and reach Augustusplatz in 20 minutes on foot.
