The two inviting bedrooms on the first floor - a double and a single - are neatly furnished with plenty of storage space while the nearby family bathroom is on hand to rejuvenate weary travellers. The outside seating space has enough room for everyone to enjoy morning coffees and al fresco meals with the sights and sounds of nature for company. Two off-street, private parking bays are also available.
The cottage overlooks Mutford Wood, and the area is a haven for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers who can explore the likes of Carlton Marshes, the Beccles Marsh Trail and the Norfolk Broads (all within 5 miles). Beccles and the coastal town of Southwold (within 10 miles) are typical of the traditional settlements that litter the Suffolk coast and both brim with family-friendly shops and eateries.
