An excellent 2 bed apartment with sea views, free WI-FI and only 400 metres from the beach and sea front. Los Atalayones is a very popular complex with 3 large pools, 3 smaller padding pools, splendid gardens and a floodlit tennis course.
During the summer months a lifeguard is in attendance to supervise the pools. Los Atalayones is close to some of the best restaurants and bars in Mojacar and close to shops and banks. An excellent bus service will transport travellers along the 7km Mojacar Playa seafront to the old town of Mojacar and the golf course of Marina Golf
The apartment enjoys sunshine from early morning until dusk. It provides ideal accommodation for a family of 2 audits and 2/3 children and golf party's of 3 adults. A babies high chair and travelling cot are available to use.
BEDROOMS:- The bedrooms are situated off the hallway behind the lounge-diner. The master bedroom has bedside tables with table lamps, dressing table, full length mirror, king-sized bed and a sun terrace. This is a large bedroom that can be shared with a baby cot or a comfortable fold away bed.
The twin room has 1 normal sized single bed and one over sized single bed. The beds have been chosen to ensure everyone has a comfortable night's rest and to provide extra comfort when four adults are sharing the apartment. Both rooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes
LOUNGE:- The lounge-dining room is a good size with AC, ceiling fans, leather sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. A 42 inch Sony HD flat screen television, English and Spanish TV and DVD player. A selection of DVDs are available to watch, A larger terrace leads from the lounge with a table and 4 chairs and 2 comfortable patio chairs.
You should be able to plug a laptop into the TV and stream TV packages, such as Netflix via the internet.
KITCHEN:- The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking pans, kettle, toaster and everything you would expect to find in a well equipped kitchen. White goods include a washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and extractor fan. An iron, ironing board, laundry basket and cloth horse are also provided.
BATHROOM:- The bathroom is fully tiled with a full length bath with a overhead shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet.
STORE ROOM:- A store room and it's contents are available to guests. It has numerous children toys, pool floats, sun beds, tennis rackets and additional terrace chairs.
LINEN & TOWELs:- Sufficient clean linen and hand towels are provided for your stay. A washing machine is available should you wish to any of your clothing or bed lining.
GOLF COURSES NEAR MOJACAR:- Los Atalayones is an ideal location for golfers as it is close to a number of golf courses in the Mojacar area. Marina Golf is the nearest golf course, other courses a short drive away include, Aguilon Golf, Desert Springs, Valle de Este and Lorca Golf
Cleaning the apartment
