The villa has air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living room. There is a single room with a fan. The villa is distributed on one level, as we access it through the independent kitchen with access to the terrace. The kitchen connects to the dining-living room. A hallway leads us to a modern bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms: a suite with a full bathroom and a single room, both with closets.
Leaving the interior through the terrace with a naya, stairs lead us to a bright independent room on the upper part of the villa with two beds, a private bathroom with a shower, cable TV, WiFi, and a practical terrace with a solarium and wonderful views of the sea and Montgó.
The villa has a closed garage for one car and parking availability outside the property is not a problem as it is located in a very quiet residential area.
The illuminated outdoor pool and its spacious terrace with BBQ will be the ideal area to enjoy long evenings in the Mediterranean light.
