This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator.
The apartment has a kitchen equipped with a washing machine, induction hob and everything necessary for cooking, and the living room, decorated with great taste and equipped with a nice sofa next to the dining room. This environment has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The night area has four double bedrooms, all equipped with a double bed.
It has three bathrooms with shower.
There is WiFi connection, heating and air conditioning.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be done in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be done in November, in accordance with the established property protocols, the hours in the heating months will be from 13:00h until 23:00h
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park about 150 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not accepted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
