various beaches, can be reached in just 10 minutes by car, the golf course of
La Sella and La Xara in just 5 minutes by car. In La Xara there is the new
train station with connections to Benidorm and the coastal towns of Calpe and
Altea.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex on the first floor and
within walking distance you can reach several restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a
church and a small supermarket. Directly opposite is the antique RiuRau of
Jesus Pobre where monthly antique markets take place.
The apartment offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom over 2 levels, as well as an
open, spacious kitchen with all appliances. On the main level you may find 2
bedrooms and a bathroom and over a small indoor step you could reach the upper
level. On the upper level is an en-suite bedroom with its own bathroom and a
terrace with sitting area and 2 sunbeds. There is a communal garden with lawn
and trees and a view of the valley and the mountains. There is also a communal
pool and a small playground for children. Shopping, sports activities, leisure
facilities, places to go out, sights and culture can be reached in 10-20
minutes by car. An ideal holiday apartment for a holiday in Spain.
