This detached holiday home with pool is located in Las Cabreras, a sparsely populated village on a hillside overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. You are in the interior of Lanzarote, just a few kilometres from the harbour town of Arrecife. Benefit from the central location on the island for day trips and enjoy rural tranquillity and a relaxing holiday thanks to the location away from the large tourist resorts.
The single-storey house with pool and garden terrace extends over a living area of 100 m² on a walled plot of 800 m². Inside, you can enjoy cosy privacy thanks to the three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. While two bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the spacious living, dining and cooking area are integrated into the house, there is a small outbuilding by the pool where you will find the third bedroom and bathroom. You will always sleep in a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm. Reading lamps and wardrobes for your travelling wardrobe are available in the bedrooms. The shower bathrooms are always designed with a built-in shower cubicle, a WC, wash hand basin and a bathroom window. In the living area, you can relax on a sofa, two armchairs and two armchairs after a day out. A large flat-screen TV with satellite TV and all German TV programmes as well as a music system (incl. USB connection) provide entertainment in the evening. You can also book an internet connection via WLAN on request. The open-plan kitchen adjoins the living area and offers extensive self-catering facilities with large work surfaces, a gas hob, fridge-freezer combination, mini oven, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. You can enjoy a meal together either at the dining area in the living area or on the adjoining side terrace. The latter offers a shaded and covered dining area in front of the cactus garden. In addition to permanently installed infrared radiators in the living area and bedrooms, there is also a mobile gas heater.
Outside, the solar-heated pool invites you to refresh yourself. You can even take a dip in the pool in winter. Relax on two pool loungers and soak up the sun. There is also a fireside barbecue. Thanks to the elevated position of your holiday home, you can look over the low wall across the plain to the coastal town and the Atlantic Ocean. Nevertheless, the property is secluded. There are two parking spaces on the property.

In case of refusal, entry may be denied according to the right of entry
Please note that due to the exclusive location, a car or hire car is required and the nearest cafés and restaurants as well as supermarkets and shopping facilities are just 3 km away within 15 minutes. The sea and the sandy beach are just under a quarter of an hour's drive away, approx. 15 kilometres. Numerous leisure activities are on offer in this area. The city centre of Arrecife is only 8 kilometres away. Travelling is very easy, as Lanzarote airport is only 16 km away.
