Heading through to the welcoming lounge you will find a large, comfortable sofa for relaxing on and watching the Smart TV with DVD player. The double bedroom is located just off the lounge and offers a relaxed, calming décor and sumptuous double bed. Completing the property is an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. The sofa in the sitting room turns into a very comfortable double sofa bed for additional guests (please note that the bathroom is accessible via the bedroom).
Below the apartment, accessible from the patio area, is a large utility room equipped with a washer/dryer, freezer and double sink. It is an ideal storage area for any bicycles or other larger items requiring dry storage.
