This stunning Barcelona apartment features two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a high-end double bed, name brand linens, soft lighting, and artwork. The main bedroom has a double bed and direct sunlight from the balcony. It is accessed through elegant tall double doors from the living room. Also off the living room, through beautiful double glass engraved doors, is a second bedroom with a built-in armoire, a double bed, and security safe. The windows are really big and provide you with an enormous amount of light to start your day off right. The bedrooms are warm and inviting, and a great place to relax after exploring the beautiful city.

This spacious unit has one full bathroom and it's far from ordinary, is also very spacious with large frosted glass double doors providing natural light. The beautifully tiled bathroom has all the features for ultimate refreshment and relaxation. This bathroom is a rewarding place to get ready for a busy day or unwind from one.

The kitchen is spacious, bright and is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Here you will also find a table with four chairs and its own small lamp for intimate dinners. The table is expandable to seat either 2, 3 or 4 persons. While you may want to spend your time exploring Barcelona's famous eateries, sometimes there is nothing like a home-cooked meal. And this apartment features a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to make meal preparation easy. Custom cabinets provide plenty of space to store your family's favorite groceries, and modern appliances, make it easy to cook meals for your hungry crew.
The living room is a comfortable size where you can relax and enjoy music, watch your favorite DVD or surf the net with our dedicated WIFI. The apartment is well cooled and heated with an air conditioner/heat pump controlled from the living room and there are also built-in electric heaters in the living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The galleria is accessed through the double doors where you will find the washing machine and a place to dry your clothes.
Please note, this apartment is on the second floor (real third) with NO elevator, but the staircase is relatively wide and well lit with an overhead skylight.

We can't actually let you into the apartment earlier, or let you stay longer, but we work with a great service that can take care of your suitcases for you if you arrive much before check in time, or fly out much later than check out time, so you can enjoy your day in the city without carrying them around. No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.
No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
Municipal Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, before your arrival at the apartment. Please note that this may vary depending on the current year.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
