The spectacular villa has several living and dining rooms, 2 very well-equipped kitchens, a games room, a bar, 6 bedrooms (one with a double bed, 5 with 2 single beds) as well as 5 modern bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a TV, a baby bed, 3 cots and 3 high chairs. On the ground floor and on the first floor you will find terraces facing the beautiful garden and pool. Here you can have meals together or round off your holiday with a glass of wine. A barbecue area provides culinary variety and several lounge areas, some located under a shady pergola, provide the necessary relaxation and ample seating. A ping-pong table is available on the veranda at the main entrance and you have a breathtaking view of the landscape and the mountain of the Serra de Tramuntana, where there is a beautiful chapel. The outdoor shower and pool are also inviting for a refreshing dip. Here you will enjoy a maximum level of privacy - surrounded by citrus trees and mediterranean trees everyone will find their holiday happiness! The property also has a multi-sport court for tennis, basketball, soccer and volleyball, and a trampoline and a swing for children. The accommodation is suitable for everyone who wants to explore more than just the beaches and highly frequented touristic areas of Mallorca. Since the villa is located in the heart of the island, guests have good access to Mallorca's most popular beaches and the coastal area can be reached in about a 20-minute drive. After 1 minute drive you reach the small selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in Costitx. The area is also ideal for cyclists.
Parking is available on the property. A garage is available for your car. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The ecotax will be paid according to the seasonality that corresponds to those over 16 years old.
