This fantastic apartment has all the amenities, location, and equipment to become your favorite vacation spot.
It consists of 3 rooms: the first room is a double room with a double bed, there is a second double room with two single beds and a third room which is triple with a double bed and a single bed. All the rooms have large windows, the master bedroom even has access to the terrace.
In the apartment, there are two complete bathrooms, both with showers, large and spacious, with enough storage space for the 7 people that can stay there.
The kitchen is completely separate from the living room, it is independent, very large and sunny, with large windows through which comes a lot of light, there is a table, perfect for breakfast. It is a very equipped kitchen, large and with all the appliances and enough kitchenware for all the guests.
The living room, large, sunny, and with enough space for all guests to be comfortable, is the delight of the house, has access to the terrace, where you will spend great evenings and beautiful moments, either dining or having a glass of wine quietly, sitting in one of the chairs and taking advantage of both the light and the sun or the evening breeze.
The apartment has air conditioning, wifi, and all the comforts, in an apartment building with several elevators and is located on the second floor.
The accommodation has a parking space for guests, in private and secure parking.
In less than three minutes walking you will reach the beach, beautiful, one of the most beautiful in the area, the atmosphere in the summer and spring months is fantastic, stores, terraces, beach bars, entertainment venues but without being overcrowded. Parks, green areas, promenades along the beach.
All this in one of the most known and preferred tourist destinations: Matalascañas, a place that also offers an interesting offer of visits and excursions to know the area, unique and as you will not find another equal.
We do not accept groups of young people in which there are people under 25 years of age.
The minimum age of the group must be 25 years for all the people who are going to stay
We do not accept guests who come to celebrate stag parties
Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.
